To help us investigate, include the game name, your device and browser, what you expected, what happened and the steps that reproduce the issue. Screenshots are useful. Never send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details.
Privacy requests
Use the same address for questions about personal information or requests to access, correct or delete it. We may need to verify that the request relates to you before acting.
Copyright and intellectual property
If you believe content available through Ultra Game infringes your rights, email us with:
- your name, contact details and authority to act for the rights holder;
- a description of the protected work or other right;
- the exact Ultra Game URL and enough detail to identify the material;
- an explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized;
- a good-faith statement that the information supplied is accurate.
We will review complete notices and take appropriate action.
