Privacy Policy

1. General and controller

This Privacy Policy applies to the Ultra Game website at ultragame.fun and the browser games and related services made available through it (together, the “Services”).

The controller responsible for the Services is Bohdan Bilazin, sole proprietor, publishing under the Flying Phoenix brand, located at Kyiv, Aviaconstructora Antonova 4b, office 103, 03186, Ukraine (“Ultra Game”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services. This Policy does not govern third-party websites, stores or services that have their own privacy policies.

2. Information we process, purposes and legal bases

• Service delivery and security. IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, screen size, request timestamps, diagnostics and security events. We process these data to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the Services on the basis of performing our contract with you and our legitimate interests in reliable and secure operation.
• Sessions and optional accounts. Browser storage identifiers, authentication tokens and, if you choose to register or sign in, account identifiers, display name and email address supplied by you or an authentication provider. We use these data to authenticate you, maintain a session and recover supported account data on the basis of contract and, where required, consent.
• Game data. A game-specific identifier and data such as progress, settings, scores, achievements, inventory, virtual currency, daily or weekly results, statistics and leaderboard entries. We process these data to run the selected game and restore supported progress on the basis of contract.
• Purchases and entitlements. Product, transaction-reference and entitlement records needed to confirm or restore a supported purchase. Payment providers process payment credentials; we do not receive your full payment-card details. The legal bases are contract and applicable legal obligations.
• Website analytics and diagnostics. Google Analytics may receive page views and bounded events about catalog navigation, game-guide selection, player opening, display-mode choice and outbound Google Play clicks, together with browser/device and approximate-location information. Individual games may separately send pseudonymised session, level, feature, performance or crash events to their own analytics. We use these data to understand reliability and improve the Services on the basis of legitimate interests where permitted and consent where required. We do not intentionally send account identifiers, email addresses, authentication tokens or free-form user content as website-analytics event parameters.
• Basic site counters. Independently of your Google Analytics cookie choice, our own server counts delivered page views and site actions. It stores only daily totals by known page, game and event, with no cookies, visitor identifiers, IP addresses, user-agent strings, referrers, URL query strings or individual event history in the counter database. These totals do not identify unique visitors or link visits. Hosting and security providers still process network metadata to deliver and protect requests.
• Advertising. Google AdSense and its partners may process cookies or similar identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, browser/device data and ad impressions or interactions to deliver, secure, measure and, where permitted, personalise advertising. The legal basis is consent where required and legitimate interests where permitted by law.
• Support. Your email address and the contents and attachments of a message you send us. We use them to answer and investigate your request on the basis of contract or legitimate interests.
• Legal compliance. We may process relevant records when necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, prevent fraud or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

3. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including security, dispute resolution and legal requirements. Retention may vary by game and service:

• account and server-side game data are generally retained while the account or relevant service remains active and until a valid deletion request can be completed;
• routine crash and security diagnostics are generally retained for up to 90 days, unless a longer period is needed to investigate an incident;
• pseudonymised analytics events are generally retained for up to 14 months;
• our basic site counter database retains daily totals for 90 UTC days; analytics choices and notice preferences are stored in your browser for up to 180 days and contain no visitor ID; choosing Not now stores only a dismissal flag for the current browser tab session, so the prompt stays hidden across page changes without enabling analytics cookies;
• support correspondence is generally retained for up to 24 months after the last contact;
• purchase, fraud-prevention and legal records may be retained for the period required by applicable law or legitimate claims.

Third-party providers apply their own retention rules. Local browser data remains until it expires, you clear it, or the relevant game removes it.

4. Cookies, browser storage and advertising choices

The Services may use cookies, local storage and similar browser technologies to remember sessions, preferences, player mode and game progress; prevent abuse; measure performance; and support advertising. The website initializes Google's analytics and advertising consent signals as denied before the Google tag loads. Visitors identified in the European Union are asked to allow or reject Google Analytics cookies and can change their choice in Privacy settings. Outside the EU, analytics cookies are enabled by the regional default with an informational notice only; there is no Reject or Privacy settings control there. An earlier explicit rejection remains effective for up to 180 days even outside the EU; you can change it when in the EU or clear this site's stored preferences in your browser. If the region cannot be determined, analytics cookies remain off without an automatic prompt and Privacy settings offer only the restricted choice. Cloudflare supplies an approximate country signal; the counter database does not store it. Basic counters and Google's limited measurements without cookies can continue when analytics cookies are off. These controls do not grant advertising consent. Some storage is necessary for requested functionality. Disabling it may prevent sign-in or progress restoration.

Third-party vendors, including Google and its advertising partners, use cookies to serve ads informed by a visitor's previous visits to Ultra Game or other websites. Google's advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to select ads based on visits to Ultra Game and/or other sites. Where consent is required, advertising subject to consent should not be activated before the applicable choice is obtained.

You can use any consent controls shown on the site, change browser cookie settings, or opt out of personalised Google advertising through My Ad Center. Other advertising vendors may provide their own opt-out controls through their privacy pages. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We disclose data only as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with law, protect rights and safety, complete a business reorganisation, or with your direction. Relevant providers may include:

• Google Analytics for consent-aware website audience and interaction measurement. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

• Cloudflare for content delivery, transport security and abuse protection. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
• Art Int Games/coreSDK services for functions used by a particular game, which may include remote configuration, authentication, profiles, progress-related services, inventory, entitlements, leaderboards and event reporting. • Google authentication, Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics where a particular game visibly offers or integrates those optional features. See Firebase privacy and security information.
• Infrastructure, hosting, email, support and payment providers strictly as needed for their contracted function.

We do not sell personal data for money. The use of advertising cookies may be treated as “sharing”, “targeted advertising” or a “sale” under some US state laws; where applicable, you may exercise the choices described in sections 4 and 9.

6. Third-party links and games

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or content not controlled by us. Their processing is governed by their own policies. Individual games may also display a game-specific notice where their data use differs from this platform-level Policy.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect personal data, including encrypted transport and restricted operational access. No online service or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Services are intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly solicit personal data from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal data through the Services, contact us and we will review and delete it where required.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Ukraine and certain US states such as California, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability; withdraw consent; opt out of qualifying targeted advertising, sale or sharing; and complain to a competent supervisory authority.

To exercise a right, email contact@ultragame.fun. Describe your request and the game or account concerned. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where an exception or legal obligation applies. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

10. International transfers

We are based in Ukraine and some providers operate in the European Union, United States and other jurisdictions. Personal data may therefore be processed outside your country. Where required, transfers are supported by recognised legal mechanisms and contractual or organisational safeguards.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Services, providers or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Where law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it.
