Read the waste in order
Do not plan a move with a covered waste card. First look for a legal destination for the top card: a descending alternating-colour column or the next card of its suit foundation. If you cannot use it, another stock draw changes the visible group.
What stays the same
Draw 3 keeps the same seven-column layout, King-only empty columns and four Ace-to-King foundations. The change is stock access, rather than a different scoring promise or a guarantee of solvability.

Is Check deal a win?
No. Its analysis has a finite budget and can be inconclusive. A win still requires completing all four foundations.
