Verified opening-board solution

Start here

Choose Campaign, Chapter 1 — Novice, then Level 1, Avelium Aeride. A first-run tutorial may offer a direct route to level 1. The checked board begins at MOVES 0.

The rules you need

  • A bond contributes to both endpoints. A single, double or triple bond supplies one, two or three units to each atom.
  • Tap a path between neighboring atoms to cycle its bond value. Check the small capacity marks on both atoms after each change.
  • Every atom must be satisfied and the whole structure must be connected. A finished corner in a separate cluster is not enough.

Avelium Aeride: satisfy five atoms in six changes

Name the five atoms by their positions and required totals: A at upper left needs 1; B at upper right needs 2; C in the center needs 4; D at lower right needs 3; E at the bottom needs 2. These names describe the shown arrangement, not fixed screen coordinates.

  1. A–C once, B–C twice

Add a single diagonal bond from A to C. Then tap the B–C diagonal twice to make a double bond. MOVES is now 3. A and B are satisfied; C has received three of its four units.

  2. C–D once

Join the center to the lower-right atom with a single bond. That completes C's fourth unit and supplies the first of D's three units.

  3. D–E twice

Make the diagonal bond from D to E double. D now receives 1+2, and E receives 2. The game confirms Level complete: MOVES 6, SCORE 1,400. If the optional fortune wheel appears, No thanks reveals the result without a spin.

Why this sequence works

The final bond values are AC=1, BC=2, CD=1 and DE=2. They total 1, 2, 4, 3 and 2 at A–E respectively, and connect every atom through C and D. The arithmetic explains why the solution works; the completion screen verifies that it works in this browser build.

Mistakes to avoid

  • Tapping B–C only once leaves B one unit short. Counting lines instead of bond values misses the double connection.
  • Adding another bond at A after its first unit would overfill it. Trace the remaining need before changing a satisfied atom.

Questions about this board

Why is the center connected to three atoms rather than four?

Its required total is four bond units, not four neighbors: 1 from A, 2 from B and 1 from D already supply four.

Does every board use these four links?

No. Match the shown arrangement and totals first. Other boards require new deductions; the principle that a bond affects both ends still applies.

Other modes and further play

The campaign menu groups puzzles into named chapters. Daily challenge and Cosmetics are separate menu entries, while Hint, +2 and Skip appear in the puzzle tools. None was needed for this result. This example verifies level 1, not every chapter or aid.
